Information for Applicants
The Grassland Society of Southern Australia Inc offers a student study bursary valued at $1000 to provide financial assistance to final year students studying agricultural science.
Criteria
To be eligible for a student bursary the following criteria are necessary:

Either the student or their family must be a current financial member of the Grassland Society of Southern Australia Inc.
- The student must be studying a diploma or degree course in agricultural science with subjects that are linked to grassland farming.
- The student must be in their final year of study.
- The student must not be in receipt of any other scholarship, grant or cadetship.
Deadline
Completed application forms must reach the Grassland Society of Southern Australia Inc office by 30 April in the year of application. Interviews will be conducted in early May with the winner announced at the GSSA Annual Conference Dinner in June.
What we are looking for
The Society will be looking for students who demonstrate a commitment to pursue a career in the grazing industry. Academic achievements will be taken into consideration with the three best applicants required to attend an interview. Interviews will be conducted in May and the judging panel will be seeking students with effective communication skills.
